Three workouts this week... hurray, finally... after being so consistent - pretty much 5 X per week for over a year, sidelined forest with COVID, then shoulder injury, then gout.... just getting back to morning workouts and it feels GREAT!!!! Plus.. down a 1/2 lb after a few days of plateau. Color me happy - and it’s FRIDAY (non-workday) plus a long weekend.
