Ate more calories yesterday...just over 2000 so thought I might bounce up a little. Surprise...went back down. I did work in the garden yesterday and got in a walk. I'm also trying to up my steps as much as I can. Decided as I was brushing my teeth last night to step up & down on the step by our tub. Every little bit of movement helps, right?

Took a break to eat some lunch, read some in my Book club book & watched an episode of "All Rise". I like this show & I heard it's been canceled after this season. 😕 I hate when I like a show & it's over.

It's been overcast but no rain in the forecast. I'm going back out to water some of the plants I put in last week. The pollen has given me a little headache. I love Spring time, but don't love some of the side effects.

Porkchops for dinner. Thinking zucchini on the side. We had the leftover potato salad & chicken for lunch, so I need to keep my side lower in calories. Maybe some Saurkraut, too.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
