I made it through the weekend, and although I DID grind up 2, well ok THREE, chocolate mint cookies in my shake yesterday to make it indescribably delicious, I stayed with the fruits, lean meat, veggies and water water water. I didn't record any foods because 1) I didn't sit down long enough to log into the computer at home and 2) I was really busy with cleaning and shopping. Feeling OK today. Lots of challenges here at work and the big challenge is going to be getting up from my desk and walking around a bit. Monday's are hectic here - working lunch and back to back meetings. Gotta get on it.
