Last week I stopped doing workouts in the house and started moving around more outside. Been planting the garden, trees, and bushes around the yard. I feel like I have so much more energy doing these things for movement than staying inside doing a program on the tv. In 2 weeks our family goes on its first camping trip of the season, which also means the beginning of summer and hopefully many more adventures since there are less restrictions and more things opening up.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
