Not a lot but still a little drop. Walking 30 minutes on my treadmill for 3-4 days a week is helping.
Guys, I'm really proud of myself because before I began this journey, I couldn't walk for 10 minutes without being extremely exhausted. The more weight I lose, the more I can do. I'm so excited. 😊

I am right with you DJ!!!👍👏👏👏 I couldn’t walk anymore and was hospitalized for it. They got me on my feet and the rest was up to me. I was doing OK, but this group has truly motivated me to walk even more. I am almost to the point that I don’t walk like an old lady anymore .😁 Have a Spectacular Sunday DJ!

great job, I can so relate to the whole walking thing. when i decided to change in April 12 minutes was pretty much my max and normal walk is 30 or more.

Try bumping up your 3-4 walks to 45 minutes now. With some good tunes, it'll fly by. Bet you'll be surprised at how easy it is!

The 0.6 drop is great but your improving ability to walk will pay real long term dividends. I wear a corrective ankle brace. For years I've biked but could never walk. Started walking over Christmas, little by little. My wife and I walked 7 miles last weekend. I could hardly believe it. Keep up the good work.

Great job! I recently started being more active, too. I used to only be able to brisk-walk for 45 minutes without getting tired, and now I can make it for an hour and a half. I’ve always been fairly active, so 45 minutes may be a lot for some people, but for a person with a higher energy level like me, it’s not.

That's awesome! Excited for you.. I started walking and I can only go one block like .5 mile without getting tired, but it's getting easier. keep going 😊
