This isn't a real gain, it is the result of a change in meds that are making me retain water. So I'm back and tracking again to make sure this doesn't become a real gain.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 37.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
