Thanks for the support... back on the wagon so to speak.. gained a ton back after at one point getting down to 203 from starting weight of 248... but ballooned back up to almost 240. Got a scare on a blood test showing kidney issues - but apparently I’m ok.. but caused me to cut down on red meat, salt.. eating more veggies, chicken and fish. So far, down about 8 lbs since then - about two or three weeks.
