A loss is good but I'm impatient lol Was hoping for more since I've been walking more than an hr every day . But I can tell more with my clothes than by the number on the scale though .
47.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
