Up this morning....possibly due to weighing in a couple of hours earlier...possibly the seasoning on my chicken last night.

We finally had sunshine after 2 days of rain so we got in a walk yesterday. I spent most of the day cleaning house & doing laundry. I threw my outdoor pillows in to wash since they had been covered with pollen then rained on. It's a sunny day again today. We're picking my daughter & granddaughter up at the airport in a few hours 😁 Nothing much planned for today. Just hang out & spend some time time together. I'm thinking late afternoon cocktails outside sounds nice. We'll probably stop for lunch then I'm planning a light dinner tonight. Maybe a rotisserie chicken & a salad. I woke up before my alarm this morning....tried to go back to sleep, but after a little got up & showered. I guess I was too excited to sleep any more.

Tomorrow the dogs go to the kennel & we're driving over to Adairsville in the afternoon. We're joining up with my sisters & 2 of my neices. We'll hang out, have dinner then spend the night. Saturday we'll explore a little in the area until time to get ready for the Wedding.

I'm planning to have a relaxed attitude about what I eat this weekend. My dress for the wedding is flattering but forgiving. The skirt has flounces and will be comfortable even if I eat a bit more. That doesn't mean I'll throw all reason out the window & eat unlimited amounts....but I'll indulge in what I want....including a few adult beverages. My brother told me the Cabernet being served with dinner @ the Wedding is special. We'll see 😊

Gonna make breakfast and keep this day moving....
