OMG getting there eating lots of veggies and some fruit and eating diary trying to stay away from fats and carbs I eat some but very limited especially at night say after 3pm
65.2 kg Lost so far: 45.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
