The march continues... It seems like the less I focus on the scale and the less I worry about having some chips here or a candy bar there, the more the scale moves in the right direction! Still exercising every single day and eating well 85% of the time, but with more options for delicious food than from earlier in my weight loss journey.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
