Walked 3.3 miles; 2.6 with doggies. It's my usual day off but because of planned off-plan eating tonight, I thought I'd at least get my exercise in. Maybe I'll take tomorrow off...we'll see.

I won't be logging food in the diary for today. So far, for breakfast it was Crustless Spinach Pie. For lunch, 5 oz. of ribeye steak (fresh off the grill) and green beans with toasted almonds. For snacks, an Atkins bar and the last slice of baby corn bread. Dinner was 3 slices of Papa Murphy's DeLite pizza and some green and gold M&Ms. The M&Ms must've worked....the Packers won the Super Bowl!!!!!
80.3 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey Sandy - sending you much love today! So glad you are well. I almost thought you typed 2.6 doggies...and I was a bit confused for a moment...thought maybe one was preggo! Then I re-read it...and figured it out LOL! Love.

Thanks Paula. Today is the first sunny day in almost a week and the temp is in the mid-50's, so it seemed too perfect a day to take as a day off, esp. with rain again in the forecast for tomorrow and colder temps as well. Hope you're having a great Sunday!
