Walked 3.3 miles; 2.6 with doggies. It's my usual day off but because of planned off-plan eating tonight, I thought I'd at least get my exercise in. Maybe I'll take tomorrow off...we'll see.
I won't be logging food in the diary for today. So far, for breakfast it was Crustless Spinach Pie. For lunch, 5 oz. of ribeye steak (fresh off the grill) and green beans with toasted almonds. For snacks, an Atkins bar and the last slice of baby corn bread. Dinner was 3 slices of Papa Murphy's DeLite pizza and some green and gold M&Ms. The M&Ms must've worked....the Packers won the Super Bowl!!!!!
