I haven't been logging my calories for months. I've not been eating very healthy choices.

Although, after months of logging I now have my self trained to know when I'm over eating now. I also try to work out every day I can, it can be anything, jogging, weight training, walking, HIIT, yoga, plyo, workout videos and YouTube workouts... etc. it doesn't have to be much, it doesn't need to be intense, as long as I go through the motions consistently I'm happy.

81.1 kg Lost so far: 30.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
