Super Bowl

Cooked with my hubby today. We made 4 loaves of stuffed bread, a big pot of chili and a pot of potato soup. All made with fresh ingredients and our secrete ingredient... shhhh red wine LOL

Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Almost unnoticble... No new spots, more healing, trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

For every buddy I visit, I get an energy about them when I type/talk to them. You are my SIMPLICITY. I appreciate your approach to healing your body as in simplicity there are no smoke and mirrors, just knowing it is what it is and the simpler you can make it the easier it is. TOWANDA!!!!
