thought i would have had a gain over the easter!! did heaps of housework yesterday, so that must have helped counteract the choc binge.

78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg. Still to go: 11.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
