Been a bit of a lazy week. With the dog bite on the hand it’s difficult to grip and lift heavy weight so doing what I can on the machines. I did push it yesterday and helped the wife move a tree in the garden. (A fern pine about 7-8 ft tall) eating still on track. I have been hitting my goal rather than 300-400 below it. Hopefully that stops the muscle loss.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
