I haven't been feeling that great so I was VERY surprised to see the scale show 150.0 this morning!!! I actually jumped off the scale and jumped back on a couple of times! LOL XXXXXXXX <--- Me doing jumping jacks of joy!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
