Friday :)

Got all ready and loaded up my bike for a group ride this morning but the ride was cancelled just before I left. The trails still have too much ice on them... oh well maybe Monday so I went to the gym instead :)

Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no new spots, no trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
