Jeez. No matter what I do I can’t beat the 224-225 mark. Hopefully with this nicer weather, my broken body can be a bit more active and get down below that marker. It gets discouraging, but when I get discouraged one day I try to make up for it the next.
102.4 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You’ve done very well over all. Stick with what you are doing. A small gain or a short plateau is just a blip. We all have them! Sooo close to your goal! 👍

You could try a 60 hour reset of liquids(homemade broth, sugar-free jello, sugar-free gatorade, water galore and premiere protein drink). This should take you down about 5lbs and get your metabolism back to it's proper function! Best of luck!
