Yippee!!! 🥳 👏 Hit 20% body fat today! Was at 25% in January and started at 38% last July. Mostly in maintenance mode now, but still have my eyes set on getting to 155 if I can without killing myself.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
