I've been hungry all week and only lost 0.8 lb kinda discouraged ( ate very healthy and worked out 2 times this week)
66.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Harder to lose pounds as you get leaner. Just be consistent. You'll keep building muscle and muscle burns fat. The scale doesn't show everything...
