I gained but I'm ok with it because I really thought it was going to be more. I had more calories for the week than I've been having so was not looking forward to weighing this morning. I add my calories together from Friday to Thursday since I weigh on Fridays so it's not accurate looking on FS since new week starts on Mondays . Hope everyone has a happy and healthy weekend. I work this weekend so I'm ready for Sunday night lol
48.0 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
