Wow! 😳🥳 Upping my water intake, working out gently and consistently and cooking 95% of my meals has helped me reached my goal. Yay😃. New goal: 170 lbs. 😘
79.1 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Now, if I could only stop eating out. Street food(s) definitely are higher in calories & fat! But, it's fun NOT to cook all the time nor to eat @home every meal. Environment/atmosphere is a great Boredom-buster especially for one who gets bored too often and tends to be a bit moody....like I am/do. :)
