I weighed in today to this big gain. I'm so bummed! It took me weeks to lose this weight and somehow 1 Easter dinner and I gained this much back. It is so discouraging to think that there is like never a break to this.... not even on a holiday.

I've worked out for 84 days in a row. I've watched what I eat so closely. I'm so frustrated. One day of indulgence could do this, one day.... versus the like month it took to lose that 4 pounds. So close to giving up.
