Happy to report hubby has lost 21 lbs! woo hoo! My weight today 192...happy day..stuck to a plan..team work has helped alot..180's here I come..hope to weigh 175 by july...oh I also stopped eating anything after 8pm and nothing before 1-2pm the next day..its helped to drop the weigh faster
