I think that I have hit my limit at 1800 calories. I loathe having to gain weight to up my metabolism. I am happy at 1800 calories and daily exercise and eat very well allowing extra for weekends. I am not sure that I want to eat more....it would just be bread and empty calories or be more costly. I have enough to enjoy a 500 cal breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner and a 150 snack with 250 deficit. Even enjoying a few drinks on the weekend will still enable 30 X 150 k for a 1.3 lb loss a month. Throw in a couple of extra 10 minute HIIT's and who knows. I am going to be careful not to stress my body this time.....my doctor said there was just too much difference in CICO. (January)

I took a detour, learned a lot and will get there when I get there. Meanwhile i have learned better eating habits and can allow for a full serving of nuts. I plugged in my diet to my nutrition app and it is pretty bang on for nutrients. When I get back my blood test results I will know for sure. Vitamin D will be no problem . I hope everyone else is enjoying nice weather and taking advantage of it.
