Officially down 45 pounds!! I didn’t start my account here until I was at 226 but today I checked and we are at 216! Super happy and excited to keep going!
98.0 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
