I'm stacking on the muscle. BF% is going down. Down 3% since the beginning of the month. Clothes are fitting looser in spots and can see definite development.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
