I have ate some junk foods in moderation, but still losing weight. I also have lost an inch from my legs, hips, and chest...everything but my stomach, which makes my stomach look a bit bigger than before.

Other than stretching, what remedies do you use for muscles soreness?

Foam rolling can help (both before and after your workout), and also making sure you're drinking enough electrolytes. =) You won't be able to get rid of it completely, but these things will help mitigate it.
