Monday :)

Busy day with lots of errands. Going to have another bout of bad weather tonight... the sanding trucks are sitting by the road sides waiting. I need to start eating better I have been so distracted and munching on foods I usually don't eat. I think I am psychologically searching for comfort food because it is sooooo cold out :) I also need to get to the gym more often but even that has proven to be more difficult these days.

Exercise: None
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, spots are healing, trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea.
Water Retention Gone
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cynthia, our body wants to store more food during winter. Don't feel bad about your snacks. Just try to find ways to be more active. I'm sorry that it's hard for you to go out and exercise. Maybe your shopping is the best idea since it's walking indoor! Happy Tuesday!

Oh no, get away from the kitchen! :-) I've just returned and am so tired that I'm not even hungry, maybe I'll get back a pound on the scale tomorrow. I hope you had a good day buddy!
