As promised, moved my goal weight to 155 after hitting my previous goal weight of 165. Added carbs, fruit and some moderate treats back and just been watching my overall calories. Learned the beauty of insoluble fiber (fiber that the body can’t digest) and went from getting about 10-15g of fiber (low like most Americans) to 30g in one meal (breakfast). My previous “skinny jeans” (33s) are now loose on me and I’m finally seeing my stubborn belly fat starting to slowly drop. Still the same weight on the scale, but I’m feeling skinnier. Even if I can’t get to 155 (it’s a stretch goal), if I’m able to go from a highly restrictive low-carb diet to my current diet and maintain my weight, that would be sustainable and i would be perfectly happy eating my current diet for the rest of my life.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
