I have seesawed up & down all month right around my goal of 145 lbs. I hit 146 a couple of times & my lowest was 143.8. I was pleased to be just under this morning. I started the month at 144.2. It's pretty much all mental, cause my measurements have been consistently the same. I've been trying to balance my intake. Sometimes I'm right at 1800 calories, the level I set as a maintenance goal. I do sometimes eat as much as 2000 or more but when I do I try to scale it back for a couple of days.

I needed fresh fruit so shopped today. I picked up a bag of jellybeans & put them in the cart in the seasonal area of the store. After walking over to the food section,I decided I didn't really need them. I usually buy them at Easter but I decided they weren't a necessity. I should....& do eat dark chocolate as a treat some nights. And that's a better choice...so I put them back.

I had to haul out the Winter coat, scarf & gloves for our afternoon walk. Winter decided to pay us another visit & the wind was icy!

I was planning on a salad with chicken on top for dinner, but I'm rethinking that. I think something hot is in order. So instead something with the farfalle pasta I bought & some veggies.

Hubby is building a fire in the fireplace 😊 One last one for the season.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A year & nine months from when I started....this time....and 13 months since I hit goal. SK, I'm trying to get some variety in my meals while still eating within the parameters of my calorie guidelines. So far I'm staying somewhat balanced & I think this is the longest I've maintained in many years.
