Today is a page turner. Literally, I keep track of my weight on a daily basis on a yellow legal pad and I've reached the bottom, so tomorrow is a new page. Looking back I came into this page weighing 228.5 pounds which was my goal for 11/27/13. This morning I weighed in at 224.0. That means I've lost 4.5 pounds in 4 weeks. I'm on schedule and on track. Thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
