I can finally say, after close to 3 years since the start of this journey, I have finally lost 100 lbs!! Don't get me wrong, I have yo-yo'ed. I have quit and started back up. I have gone back and forth between diets and different weight loss websites, yet always ended up back here. I know I still have a long way to go, but I finally did it! I have gone from having to order my clothes online to being able to shop at Wal-mart.
I have lost 100lbs!
I am going to celebrate by shouting it from the rooftops during our family Christmas party, and joining a new gym at the new year.
I can't wait to see where I go next.
