The trip had me gain some. Oh well. Back at it today. Swim and lift weights. Was much weaker on weights today. 20-25 pounds lighter on my lifted and struggling. Will see how tomorrow goes. Doing well on my eating today. Well within my numbers.
101.8 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
