I'm just going to record the same weight until Christmas is over!
76.9 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sure! My weight is actually lower, around 167 lb but I know I'm going to indulge over th holidays so we'll see how I make out! LOL!
