I can’t exercise yet so every ounce is a huge struggle. Going to start walking with the brace to see if that is even possible. I guess maybe I’ll just be grateful for now that I was able to lose 1/2 pound instead of gaining even more. The problem is if the knee locks up - there is no way to get back unless I scoot on my rear - I can’t even crawl because of the knee. usually I can lose weight quickly by staying active so this is an unusual and not very pleasant experience.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
