Well this was an unpleasant surprise! I didn't sleep very well though, so it was somewhat expected. I just hope that's the only reason for the sudden weight gain though, and that, tomorrow, the weight will go down again. I exercised yesterday but not today. I seem to subconsciously avoid exercising every day without interruption.
On the positive side, I managed to log all the food (I think I didn't miss anything) from yesterday. Yey! :)
