Still didn't get in any exercise this week, other than my housework & my Christmas shopping, so this week I have set myself a goal to get in at least 30 mins of cardio a day, along with my job, housework, & finishing up with my shopping; hopefully, will show some difference on the scale & motivate me to do more. I refuse to go backwards, so by setting myself this small goal, I believe I can work that into my busy schedule :) Also, looking into some food swap ideas as well(no candy bar, just a few chocolate chips in my greek yogurt) & refuse to tell myself I can't have that anymore; instead, I will work something I love (like my bacon) into my diet, just in smaller portions!
71.5 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
