Friday :)

Snowing again today. Made 4 loaves of stuffed bread, 2 pans of apple pan dowdy and a batch of black bean enchiladas. Took some over to a friend down the street and visited for a while :)

Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - New spots, trigger foods eaten, used Prosacea.
Water Retention
77.7 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been having a hard time staying organized since the snow storm and getting some ME time in :) I haven't been able to go biking again but it's not that I haven't tried, the weather just isn't cooperating. I can take the cold but its a little hard to bike on snow unless you have studded tires LOL... I can't wait for the trails to clear and get cycling again :)
