Today's goal is to exercise with weight training.
I need to stop thinking I will exercise and instead get to action. It’s easier to just plan it mentally, then just don't do it, which is a habit I need to kick. I have lost so much muscle mass over this previous year. I have started a new furniture project which has kept me from being lazy on the couch. I'm refurbishing a lane cedar chest built in 1944, but will being painting the outside and adding prima transfer images.
