It's officially 4 lbs instead of 5, but that's still OK. I'm back under my original 50 lb loss. Being over for the first time was scary. I'm going to continue with this new eating schedule for a while and see what happens.
103.3 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
