Sitting outside taking a rest & having a snack of Naan dippers & cheese (Laughing Cow herb & something ?? & a colby jack snack stick) before we head out for a walk. It's a gorgeous day & I've been working in the gardens all afternoon. I started prepping the old veggie garden to plant flowers this year. It doesn't get enough sun anymore so the tomatoes are going in pots that may possibly get moved around for optimum sun exposure. I raked all the leaves & debris off the garden area then removed a lot of weeds. Then I moved to the front yard & removed more weeds & cleaned out another garden. Perennials are starting to come up everywhere & trees are leafing out 😃 Among them the Japanese Maple by the side patio and the Dogwoods in the front yard. I have lots of work to get everything looking good...and I don't mind at all. Time spent outside, moving & getting exercise...perfect!

Salmon for dinner tonight & I think a big salad. I was planning to make a salad last night but I got lazy after prepping the chicken & potatoes for the oven & had a canned veggie instead. I don't do many canned veggies but I like these turnip greens.

Need to go nudge Hubby along for our walk....
