I took a micro-vacation from weight monitoring yesterday. I was feeling really lethargic. No harm done I think. I haven't exercised in the last 2 days but I'm pretty sure I'm going to resume today. The important is to keep a regular regime so I can trust results I think but I'll try to exercise every day while I can.
