Finally made that goal wake 😀 managed to lose 18lb with no major changes, just little adjustment, I still have takeaways, the odd drink and chocolates then main difference is I have less of them and I’m more active especially with walking.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Not 100% sure yet, obviously Maintain for a bit, but once I can train properly again, it most likely work on fitness or definition
