Oops! Looks like Wednesday's extra calories caught up with me. Oh well...I'll have to try to be conservative for a few days.

I had lunch with my sister today. We ate at an Asian Resteraunt. I was pleased to see Pho on the menu! That's what I ordered with ginger salad. I ate lighter for breakfast but was only able to eat about half my bowl of Pho. I brought the rest home. After being out browsing thru a couple of stores, then driving home I actually wanted some more. I ate about half of my to go container. Then I had a cookie 😏

I'm roasting Italian sausage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli & sweet peppers in the oven for dinner. I also threw a couple of the goat cheese stuffed tomato appetizers I brought home Wed. night on the sheet pan. If I stick with a low cal dessert, I should be OK.

Good news from Texas. My granddaughter finally settled with the insurance company after the auto accident she was in in January. (She was not at fault) She got a car on Wednesday. ☺🚙 And my daughter's divorce was final on Wednesday, too. You might not normally think that's good news, but it's been a long time coming. Now she can begin to move on with her life.

Dinner should be ready soon so I'm going to set the table. There goes the oven timer, now.

Happy to hear you received good news and that you're making little adjustments. Perhaps you already know this, but sometimes alcohol consumption can produce an artificially lower weight the next day.

Yes, LC....I think I was dehydrated yesterday morning. I usually have wine with dinner but I was having so much fun I didn't think about drinking water during the evening. I had some after we got home & during the night.
