Thanks giving is over and I am continuing to maintain my weight. I even had birthday cake on Tuesday! A big snow moved in on us over night with ice and we will be stuck at home for a few days. I plan on having sausage and eggs for supper tonight, a good hot meal. I might even have a piece of toast.
