Had a 9am meeting this morning at a client's office. That is too early for me. Will try to write more later. Deadlines all day.

72.8 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg. Still to go: 4.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.5 kg a Week

Deadlines are evil. On the other hand, they're a form of discipline that really do help keep you on your toes.
