😁 Having dinner earlier may have helped...even after eating at the Mexican restaurant. I did have some dark chocolate with mango, some red wine & an Outshine Ice Pop after we got home.

Hubby & I took advantage of the nice weather today to get a few things done. We're having a big pine cut down & removed. It's the one the top broke off & came crashing down awhile back. We had to move the wood chipper that had wintered under it. I also moved some concrete yard art so they won't be in the way. We knocked apart the wooden bench that has been in the garden for many years & had deteriorated & was starting to crumble. I also pulled some more weeds & raked the debris away from the lamb's ear.

We also took some time to relax with a cold drink on our patio for awhile. It's nice to be able to do that. Next week we expect rain and cooler temperatures, so taking advantage while we can.

We got in a walk & I could feel it in my legs after working in the yard. I think that's a good thing.

Simple dinner of Crab bisque (Costco) and either tuna sandwiches or tuna on salad for dinner.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
