I have exercised yesterday but I can't say I have been exercising every day. I will try to get to that phase to be able to draw conclusions.

Logging food is a nuisance as usual... But useful lol, but I haven't been able to complete the logs on most days.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
